I have always loved observing, collecting and drawing flowers. After moving in the wide region of the Hudson Valley, I was in awe with the amount of beautiful wildflowers growing in the area. I have since started a project called “Wildflowers of the Hudson Valley collection” and these are N. 01-03, the first set of illustrated wildflowers. The following steps of the project will include other sets of postcards, small individual posters of wildflowers and a big botanical poster of selected popular wildflowers. This set includes the following:
Eurybia divaricata (white wood aster) is a perennial herbaceous plant. It is a native to eastern North America and occurs primarily in the Appalachian Mountains.
Ranunculus acris (common buttercups) is a perennial herbaceous plant. It is a naturalized species and often a weed in parts of North America, but is probably native to Alaska and Greenland.
Dicentra cucullaria (dutchman’s breeches) is a perennial herbaceous plant, native to rich woods of eastern North America.
The 4x6” postcards are available for purchase at the cost of $5 per set. Fill up the form in the CONTACT section of my website, with your address, to place an order.

Still in my same spirits of being a wine / liquor / tasty beverages enthusiast, I’ve started looking into illustrating cocktails from some of my favorites local restaurants. I’ve selected these three based on the interest they spark in me, of course, but also on the very interesting, different and distinctive ingredients they contain. I drew a Kalamansi Daiquiri, a Carrot and Lavender Daiquiri and one cocktail called the Further. You can find all these drinks at the restaurants listed below.

Sandrine de Denus and Tristan Garbiès got married on September 15th, 2018, in Saint-Valérien-de-Milton, Quebec. I was sadly unable to attend their celebration, so I specially created this illustration for them as my gift. I’ve illustrated two of the main flowers the bride picked for her bouquet; roses and baby’s breath. Considering dry flowers can be hard to maintain in good condition, this piece of art will be a great keepsake for them to hold onto for the rest of their lives.

As a food and wine / liquor / spirits / cocktails enthusiast, I have always been passionate about the ingredients that make them up and about how they go in harmony. While flipping through one of my favorite magazines, bon appétit, I got inspired by several gift suggestions in their Holiday staff picks lists. I decided to illustrate, for my own pleasure, the main flavors and ingredients of three of these interesting spirits.

Bonne Nuit Petit Lion is an independent solo ambient and melodic drone music project from Upstate, NY.
I have been asked to create a unique design for what would be the logo and branding of the artist. I hat would represent well the essence of the music. I indeed illustrated a lion, but chose to represent the night by stars because I liked the idea that it’s some sort of influence on someone’s destiny and fortune. The universe is also, for many, a great source of worries, questions and feelings about the unknown. Even anxiety. Just like what brings a listen of the music of the artist.

Take One Car is an independent alternative post-rock band from Upstate, NY. They started in 2008 as a four piece and despite the fact its line up has been changing throughout the years, they are still up and running ten years later, always trying to improve and develop their sound.
I have been asked to create a unique design for what would be the poster of the event celebrating their ten years as a band. The fauna and flora always remind me of where they’re from, hence why I wanted to incorporate birds. I also drew daffodils, the flower symbol of a ten year anniversary.

I have been asked to create a unique design for a Valentine’s Day gift. I illustrated the loving couple as deer, to represent where they come from but also their passion for cabins, camping, the forest and the outdoors; some of their fondest and earliest memories together.
